Our Conference and Meeting team will propose all local services as well as act as your housing bureau allowing you the benefit of our specially negotiated rates. We facilitate the work of PCOs and all conference organisers, with professionalism and discretion. Our role is to assist you locally from the beginning to the end. From finding and liaising with the conference venues, we accompany you and advise you on the best options for your events. We negotiate with the hotels on your behalf and help you manage the accommodation for your conference. We recommend and work alongside the best companies for stand building, signage, furniture hire, decoration, audio-visual equipment, website design and build, graphic design and printers, entertainment, security, translators and hostess staff, badge makers, caterers, transportation. And...we creatively arrange all your social programmes.
